Employment and housing

Victorians have access to culturally safe, secure jobs and stable housing

Why employment and housing matters

Access to culturally safe employment opportunities and secure housing are two key factors in young people’s ability to thrive. Feeling safe at home with access to dignified work is vital to create a sense of purpose, empowerment and inclusion for young people.

The Foundation recognises the significant challenge Australia faces in housing those who most need it and we believe our role is to continue to support the community housing sector to develop and deliver models for mainstream market and government adoption.
